Protide is a chicken bone broth powder manufacturer in China. Our own Jiangxi factory produces CollaBroth™ food grade with at least 90% protein for soups, savory foods and nutrition mixes.

What is the difference between CB and CB-PET?
CB is the chicken broth series for food and human nutrition; CB-PET is the separate pet-nutrition series with its own purchasing specification. State the intended use and destination when requesting samples. Keep the same series on the quotation, TDS and batch documents.
Does chicken bone broth powder replace beef broth directly?
Chicken and beef broth powders have different source identities and flavor profiles. Compare the two samples in the same recipe and at the same inclusion level before choosing. Each should be qualified against its own specification, including the correct food or pet-nutrition series.
What should I check when trialing chicken broth powder?
Prepare the complete recipe at the intended inclusion level, using the normal seasoning system and preparation temperature. Assess reconstitution, broth flavor and the finished serving. For a prepared meal, include the actual cooking and reheating steps rather than judging the powder only in warm water.
