BRS85 is the brown rice protein peptide product and has an 85% dry-basis protein minimum. BRC80 and BRH80 are separate brown rice protein grades with an 80% minimum. Moisture, ash and microbiological limits differ, so use the TDS and batch COA for the named product.
Does BRS85 have a declared molecular-weight distribution?
The BRS85 specification gives no numerical molecular-weight distribution or peptide-content guarantee. If either is needed for your process or labeling, request the grade-specific limit and test method. Its protein percentage is a separate measure and cannot replace those results.
How should I evaluate BRS85 in a nutritional drink?
Prepare the drink at the intended protein level and check dispersion, flavor, mouthfeel and sediment after your normal processing steps.
