Overview
Protide is a beef protein isolate manufacturer in China. Our own Jiangxi factory produces CollaBeef™ with at least 90% protein for powder, bar and food manufacturers. Bulk supply includes trial orders from 25 kg.
The BP grade has moisture ≤6%, fat ≤1.0% and an 80–100 mesh particle size. It is distinct from bone broth powder, which is bought for broth-style recipes. The amino acid profile lists BCAA at 7.40 g/100 g.

Applications
Protein powders
Develop beef-protein shakes and meal powders with CollaBeef™ BP. Calculate protein contribution from the agreed analysis, then compare wetting, flavor and foam in the finished mix.
Protein beverages
Check dispersion and flavor at the intended beef-protein dose in the full ready-to-mix or savory drink recipe, including mixing, heating and storage.
Soup and meal mixes
Trial beef protein in soup powders and meal mixes with the full seasoning system. Check protein contribution and savory flavor under the normal preparation method.
Portioned protein blends
Use the BP grade in portioned protein blends for sticks or sachets. Check filling consistency and reconstitution alongside the listed 80–100 mesh particle-size specification.
Protein bars and snacks
Evaluate CollaBeef™ in protein bars, bites and savory snacks. Compare incorporation, flavor and texture during storage, and request amino acid data for nutrition-panel development.
Prepared foods
Trial beef protein isolate in prepared foods needing a beef-derived ingredient. Check mixing and finished texture at your intended inclusion level and process conditions.

FAQ
Is beef protein isolate the same as bone broth powder?
CollaBeef™ BP is a concentrated beef-derived protein for powders, bars and foods. Bone broth powder has a separate broth-style identity and specification. Choose for your recipe, then compare the matching TDS and samples. Similar protein percentages do not make the products interchangeable.
How should beef protein isolate be tested in a drink?
Prepare the complete drink at the intended protein dose and pH, using the normal mixing and heat-processing steps. Record wetting, foam, flavor and dispersion, then check stability over the proposed storage period. Use a sample of the BP grade being quoted so the trial and purchasing specification refer to the same material.
How does CollaBeef™ compare with whey protein?
CollaBeef™ is beef-derived, while whey is milk-derived. Compare their complete amino acid profiles and performance in the recipe. The published CollaBeef™ BCAA figure is a reference value of 7.40 g/100 g; request the current analysis and reporting basis before using it in a finished-product nutrition calculation.
Which documents should I request for CollaBeef™ BP?
Request the BP TDS, SDS, batch COA and certificates covering the actual production site and grade. Confirm any source, allergen or nutrition information required for your market. ISO 9001 describes the quality-management system; the ordered material still needs its own agreed specification.
What determines the price of bulk beef protein isolate?
MOQ is 100 kg, with 25 kg trial orders. Price depends on grade, quantity, packing, destination and Incoterm. Send your volume and destination for a quote within one business day.
