Overview
Protide is a hydrolyzed pea protein manufacturer in China with its own Shandong factory. H80 and H85 provide at least 80% or 85% dry-basis protein for bulk beverage and nutrition orders.
The H-series is made from non-GMO North American yellow peas and has its own ash and peptide profile. It differs from conventional C-series isolate and S-series pea peptides. Our factory has operated since 1995, has 8,000 MT annual capacity and packs this range in 20 kg bags.

Specifications apply to the named grade. Typical nutritional and amino acid values are listed separately in the series TDS. Use the batch COA for acceptance.
Applications
Protein beverages
Compare H80 and H85 in protein beverages using the required dry-basis protein level. Assess dispersion, flavor and finished texture at the recipe’s final pH and processing temperature.
Meal-replacement drinks
Use the selected H-series grade in meal-replacement drinks. Calculate protein contribution and check mouthfeel and stability in the full ingredient system.
Powdered drink mixes
Check powder wetting, mixing and flavor with H80 or H85 when the tub or sachet mix is prepared under its intended serving instructions.
Liquid nutrition blends
Test the H-series in the full liquid-nutrition formula for incorporation and stability under your process conditions. A water-only test is insufficient.
Smoothies and fruit blends
Trial hydrolyzed yellow-pea protein in smoothies and fruit blends. Assess flavor, dispersion and texture at the final fruit content, protein level and preparation conditions.
Sports nutrition shakes
Formulate sports-nutrition shakes with the selected H80 or H85 grade. Compare protein contribution, flavor and preparation behavior before approving a commercial powder or liquid recipe.

FAQ
What is the difference between H80 and H85?
H80 specifies at least 80% dry-basis protein and H85 at least 85%. Review each model’s other quality limits and compare viscosity, flavor and drink clarity in the same recipe and conditions. The protein designation does not quantify those performance differences.
Is H-series hydrolyzed pea protein the same as S-series peptide?
The H-series and S-series are separate ranges with different model specifications and peptide profiles. Select H80 or H85 against the hydrolyzed-protein TDS, and S90, S85A or S85B against the peptide TDS. Compare the appropriate samples under the same recipe conditions before making a substitution.
What should I test in a beverage?
Use the planned protein dose, pH, heat treatment and complete ingredient list. Record flavor, dispersion, mouthfeel and any sediment or change during storage. Match the trial to the H80 or H85 grade being quoted so the approved formulation and purchasing documents refer to the same material.
Which documents apply to H80 and H85 hydrolyzed pea protein?
Request the series TDS, the model-specific batch COA and confirmation that the listed SDS applies to the quoted grade. Review the protein basis and other quality limits with your approval specification. Ask for source, non-GMO and traceability documents required by your destination.
What determines the price of bulk hydrolyzed pea protein?
MOQ is 500 kg. Price depends on grade, quantity, packing, destination and Incoterm. Send your volume and destination for a quote within one business day.
